Hi! I understand your situation and it's good that you're trying to find a solution to your problem. Home Credit has the right to collect the unpaid loan amount from you, and if you fail to make the payment, they may take legal actions against you.

It's good that you already talked to their agent and explained your situation. However, if they are not willing to agree with your proposal, then you may need to consider other options to pay off your loan. Here are some possible solutions:

1. Negotiate a new payment plan: You can try to negotiate with Home Credit for a new payment plan that fits your current financial situation. Some lenders may be willing to reduce the monthly payments or extend the repayment period to make it more manageable for you.

2. Seek financial assistance: If you are unable to pay off your loan, you can try to seek financial assistance from family or friends. You can also check if there are any government programs or organizations that offer financial assistance for people who are struggling to pay off their debts.

3. Consider debt consolidation: Debt consolidation is a process of combining multiple debts into one to make it easier to manage. This can help reduce your monthly payments and make it easier for you to pay off your loan. You can look for a debt consolidation company that can help you with this process.

4. Sell unwanted items: If you have any unwanted items that you can sell, you can use the proceeds to pay off your loan. This can help you reduce the outstanding balance and make it easier for you to pay off the loan.

Remember, it's important to communicate with Home Credit and keep them updated on your situation. Let them know that you're willing to make payments and that you're actively looking for ways to pay off your loan. This can help build trust and improve your chances of negotiating a new payment plan.

meron ka pinirmahan na contract sakanila. which is legal and notarized ng abogado yan. at kung di mo nabayaran yung loan mo for whatever reason pwede sila mag file ng complaint about sayo. binigyan ka na din ng palugit na 7 days para hindi kayo magkaproblema. mahirap ang loan ts napakalaki ng interest in a short amount of time
