Hello!

Based on the information you've provided, it's difficult to determine what exactly is causing the issue. However, I'll do my best to give you some troubleshooting steps to try:

1. Check your cables - Make sure all your cables are plugged in properly and securely. Double-check that your hard drive and RAM are also properly seated in their slots.

2. Test your hard drive - It's possible that your hard drive is faulty. You can check this by running a diagnostic test on it. You can download diagnostic software from the hard drive manufacturer's website.

3. Try a different installation media - If you have access to another USB with Windows 10, try using that instead. Sometimes installation media can become corrupted.

4. Check your BIOS settings - Make sure your BIOS settings are set to UEFI mode and that your hard drive is set as the primary boot device.

5. Try a different monitor - If possible, try using a different monitor or TV to see if the issue is with your current display.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there may be a hardware problem with your CPU or motherboard. In that case, I would recommend contacting the online store you purchased the setup from and asking for their assistance in troubleshooting or returning the hardware.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any further questions.
