Help PC Build recommendations

Hello, Plan ko sana mag upgrade ng parts purely for graphic design purposes lang not into gaming po. I mainly use photoshop and illustrator and other tools related. Matagal ko ng build ito medyo kulang na kasi sakin performance iniisip ko kung worth it pa magupgrade ng parts (cpu i5 or i7 na 9th gen and gpu rtx line) or get a newer gen parts nalang.

Current setup ko:
i3-8100
MSI B360M MORTAR
32GB RAM 3200mhz locked at 2400mhz
GALAX GTX 1050 2GB
EVGA 600W GD 80PLUS GOLD

Need ko sana recommendations nyo sana matulungan nyo ko. Salamat!

nah theres no worth on going 10th or 11th gen since sabog price ng i5 10th to 11th gen satin

dalawa best move mo TS either upgrade to an i5 or i7 2nd hand cpu
(strickly 2nd hand since not worth bnew ng socket mo for the price as of now)
then partner it with an rtx gpu upgrade na abot ng budget mo

or strait upgrade ka na sa i3 12100 itong i3 na to is proven na mas malakas sa i5 10th and 11th gen dahil sa golden cove cores nya

mas prefer ko yung 1st move since to me mas important uplift ng gpu kysa sa cpu
pero if need mo mas malakas cpu then go for the 12th gen upgrade

Yes po 2nd hand cpu lang po since wala narin yata bnew ng 9th gen and get a new rtx gpu. For me okay na okay na to.

Pero since may paparating na raptor lake non-k next year hehe iniisip ko kung hintayin ko to at baka bumaba pa prices ng 12th gen or baka reasonable ang prices ng 13th gen non-k eh baka yun nalang since bibili din naman ng parts gagastos din upgrade na kahit ddr4 nalang. Kaya lang igpu muna siguro if ganito maging upgrade path ko 30k lang budget ko kasi for upgrade yung 1050 baka malakas pa igpu. At least newer gen na ipon nalang ulit pang rtx hehe

raptor lake is 13 gen v2 meaning pure ddr5 memory na sya
8.5k isang stick ng ddr5 memory ngayon di yung cpu yung problema mo yung entry ng memory if kaya mo mag pakawala ng 16k for dual channel ram kasama ng processor na strait i5 na wala i3 sa i3th gen 6c na starting nila and bnew motherboard then go

ps iba yung 13th gen natin ngayon ddr4/5 compatible yung nasatin ngayon
pero yung lalabas pure ddr5 na (unless my board na my backwards comp)

pero meron naman siguro backwards comp na mb na lalabas kaya ok din
warning lang uhd 770 igpu ng 13th gen mas malakas gtx 1050 mo dyan by 235%

kung wala kang plano change mobo since ang socket nito is hanggang 9th gen hanap ka i7 8th or 9th gen
