To determine if your PayPal account is verified, you can follow these steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to your account settings or profile section.
3. Look for the "Verification" or "Limits" tab. The exact location may vary depending on your account type and PayPal version.
4. You should see the verification status displayed there. If your account is verified, it will typically show a green checkmark or the word "Verified" next to your account details.

However, it's important to note that linking a card or bank account to your PayPal account doesn't automatically mean it is verified. Verification usually involves confirming your identity and confirming your ownership of the linked financial instrument.

If your card is linked but transactions are being declined, there could be several reasons for this:

1. Insufficient funds: Make sure you have enough funds in your linked bank account or available credit on your card to cover the transaction.
2. Card restrictions: Some cards may have restrictions on international or online transactions. Check with your card issuer to ensure your card is authorized for online payments and has no restrictions.
3. Card details: Ensure that the card details entered in your PayPal account match those on your card exactly, including the name, billing address, and card number.
4. Contact PayPal support: If the issue persists, it may be best to contact PayPal customer support directly. They can provide specific assistance and investigate any potential issues with your account or transactions.

Remember to always be cautious when providing personal or financial information online and only use official PayPal channels for support.
