Ask ko lang po ano need gawin dito? Ayaw magregister. Tapos di maloadan, new sim po to. Salamat sa sasagot. Naactivate na kase nakakareceive ng sms kaso di lang maloadan, pag nagreregister ayan nalabas. Salamat sa sasagot.

Ganyan new sim ko dati, bagong bili palang kaloload nawalan na ng data, sayang pera.

My case is the same tried to register my smart sim but received an error msg that my mobile no. is not eligible to register online.(see attached pic)
I called smart hotline no. 8888-1111 today, April 24, 2023. The status of my sim is Deactivated.
The sim I am trying to register is just my secondary sim and I failed to load it in the 120-day period required. Smart deactivates sims with zero balance in that 120-day period.
Customer service said that my only option is to buy a sim.
Though I will still continue to receive calls and messages, I cannot put load to the sim. I tried loading last night twice but the load was unsuccessfule and was refunded to my Gcash.

Ibig sabihin, deads na dalaga yung sim natin na ito. Same prob din, ayaw maloadan at mairegister. Sayang

Unfair nmn neto same problem.

I bought 24 pcs smart rocket sims (30daysunli no speedcap) last march 2021. Pra may pang 2 yrs akong internet.

sa package ang expiration ay aug 2023 at sept 2023, wala ako naging problem sa mga nauna activate ng sim. Pero nitong april yung natitira kong 4 pcs na sim ay not eligible to register online. E kakabukas ko plng ng package at hindi nmn expire pa ang sim since naka lagay sa package ay sept 2023 pa.

Upon contacting smart deactivated ang sim. Paanong deactivate e kakasalpak ko lng at kakabukas ko lng ng package. Lintik n smart yan 4 sim pa yan 2k din yon!!!
