Hi Good Day mga sir/ma'am na computer technician dito.

Lenovo laptop ko po kasi stuck siya sa preparing automatic repair. Bali ang nangyari po kasi nag black screen tas parang may mga lines sa screen tas force shutdown ko after noon na stuck na siya.
Try ko na din mag reinstall sana ng os kaso hindi rin magproceed sa install page nag auto restart din. Hindi rin ako makapasok sa advanced start up.

Ram na po kaya problem nito?

Paano po? Kung sa hard drive naman okay po yung hard drive ko po natry ko po kasi siya at binasa pa naman.

better pullout storage then check it with other pc and use crystal disk or hdd sentinel to check the health status. most of the time kung hindi maka reformat ng os ay either storage or bios settings(legacy/uefi) just check what available on your side then continue troubleshooting
