Just asking lang kung may mga nagswitch ba ng number nyo using old GlobeOne app kasi sakin wala pa rin signal mag 1 week na! I keep chatting on Globe's messenger everyday at nagawan na nila ng report tapos gawa na naman ng panibagong reference number. Sinasabi pa rin nila sa akin wait for the feedback from our back-end support at monitor ko lang daw. At hindi pa rin nila naayos as of this post.
Yung number ko is originally Globe Prepaid. Naswitch ko sya to TM last August at minuto lang tinagal nagkasignal na. Then a few days ago(naka 60 days na sya), switch back ko ulet to Globe Prepaid then ayun biglang nawalan ng signal.
Gaano ba talaga katagal ito?
