Can someone help and guide me on downgrading my OS? My laptop po kasi is outdated and there are some functions na ayaw gumana using Windows 10. Now, I want to go back to Windows 8.1 but the sad thing is I cant ablte to downgrade it. It lways says na compatinility problem daw.

Ito yung sinasabi when i tried downgrading:

"Setup has failed to determine supported install choices"

Please, I need help. Thnak you

if two-finger scroll lang pala ang nawala it means driver is already installed (since tap and drag is working na),
all you need to do is enable the two-finger scroll via mouse settings under control panel
wala po yan sa settings ko sir

Ito ba yung sinubukan mong i-download? Sa drivers page ng Win 8.1 x64 bit?
dell touch pad driver.JPG

TS, open mo yung Device Manager, tapos click mo yung Mice and other pointng device, check natin kung naka-install si Dell Touchpad.

Win 8.1 at Win 10? Pwede ba yun?

Punta ka sa Dell website, download at install mo yung Dell Support Assist, tapos click mo yung Run all. I-scan niya laptop mo, hintayin mo siyang matapos.

is there a way po ba to upgrade my Windows 10 na hindi na kelangan ng bootable flash drive?

another way is to put windows 10 installer files to a drive in your hard disk other than C:\ say D:\

now you launch advance start up invoking troubleshoot with command prompt interface

you may now call your setup.exe through that command prompt

and you are able to reformat without flash drive
