Basta mapasa mo lang ang interview, wala kasi tayo magagawa kung hanap talaga nila is mga di na nagaaral/ or yung mga nakapag tapos na. Kung paulit ulit lang natin sasabihin enrolled pa tayo, paulit ulit lang din tayo irereject. Wala tayo magagawa kundi mag pretend na lang

Bonus tip: if you want to be fluent in English find a practice partner in any way possible, in my case I tried looking on Facebook and met couple of people willing to be my practice buddies. This was in 2018. You could check "all about bpo" page on facebook, you might find someone interested in helping you out or be a practice partner. Every now and then whenever I check the group I would always notice there are many out there who seem would need help in improving their grammar, you could ask them sincerely if would be interested. This way I was able to improve my comm skills. Although I have to admit my English still isn't that polished, what matters is I was able to land a job in bpo.

Ako bago makapasok sa Bpo nung 2018, katakot takot na failed ang inaabot ko. Siguro mga 4-5 times ako nafailed sa ibat ibang company bago tuluyang nakapasa.

Nagbasa ako ng nagbasa ng English novel books, lagi rin ako nanonood ng American series, nagbabasa ng dictionary and may technique ako na aalamin ko ung certain word, look for their meaning then pag alam ko na, saka ko sya gagamitin sa sentences. But the bottomline is, CONFIDENCE IS THE REAL KEY. Bago ang interview, need mo na icompose sarili mo, be confident and you must sound eager na mkpasok ka sa CC. Basic English will really do as long as confidence manifests in you then you're good to go. 3 yrs and counting na ako sa Bpo industry.
