Interesting yung discussion mga lods
Pero sana less heat, more light
Sa shelf life and expiry date naman, may distinction, lalo na sa medicine
Usually shelf life means OK pa pang display sa shelf - fit for display, sale, and use
Pag lampas ng shelf life, tanggalin na sa shelf - not fit for display, fit for sale (siguro sa discounted area), and fit for use
Pag lampas ng expiry date -
NOT FIT for display, sale, or use
So in general mas maikli ang shelf life vs expiry
Kumbaga display for 3months (Jan, Feb, March)
Expired after 4 months (3+1 bale sa end of April deads na)

Sabi dito, hindi naman strict ang expiry dates, minsan estimated, or "slightly arbitrary", sabihin na natin
The dates you see on food labels are not usually related to food spoilage. Instead, the dates tell you how long food maintains the best taste and texture.

Most consumers mistakenly believe that expiration dates on food indicate how safe the food is to consume, when these dates actually aren’t related to the risk of food poisoning or foodborne illness.
