Anyway, just REPORT the accounts you want to be deleted and hope that Facebook notices it and takes action on it. yun lang wala ka napala access sa account na yun, the only thing you can do is recover that account then delete it.
Kase there is no way na idelete ang account without access of the user, unless pwede siguro yan cocontact ka sa FB Costumer Service then you will provide personal info like ids, etc.
Better ask on how to recover your Fb account.
