Ang Hybrid Election People's Version po ay yung mismong tao ang magbibilang ng boto at mismo yung bumoto ang maglalagay ng kanyang boto sa board at recorded po, medyu matatagalan po tayu matapos ang election. Pero yun po gusto ng pangulo para hindi questionable yung resulta ng election palagi nalng kasi may question ang mga nagdaang election sa Pilipinas.

Pagkakaalam ko sa Hybrid Election is automatic yung bilangan sa voting precinct or sa mismong voting center pero di na itatransmit gaya ng ginagawa ng Smartmatic kasi di mo alam saang server dumadaan yung mga tinatransmit ng machine ang mangyayari is manual ang pagpasa ng resulta from polling precinct result...

Plus i'm not sure it will be better especially when you see how it's explained!! even the official website does not explain anything in details...
Ito lang sa website nila:
" There are two important aspects of the proposed system. The first one is using the traditional manual polling and manual counting of the votes; and the second part is the automated transmission of results in precinct to municipal hall. "
Which does not explain anything, especially how is this a guarantee of no cheating??
