Working daily para sa ekonomiya. Never neglecting the most impt ang health.
Water and a lot of a rest ang #1 I'm my list
 
coz life's a journey not a competition and you could realize the importance of your health when you're in the hospital
 
totoo po yan at 30s medyo bumababa na yun energy ng katawan. need talaga yun ample rest pagkatapos ng stressful na araw sa trabaho.
 
relax lang para maging healthy. pag na uuhaw inum tubig pag hindi wag, pag gutom kain pag hindi wag, pag antok tulog pag hindi pa wag pilitin, kung na iihi na ihi kaagad, pag feel na di na fresh katawan, maligo pag wala sa mode na maligo wag pilitin. yan lang ginagawa ko. so far hindi naman ako madaling magka sakit at magaan lng pakiramdam ko. kung feel ko rin na gusto kong uminom ng alak tatagay ako at pag minsan na parang ang sarap mag yosi bibili akong yosi,

Water, sleep and happy moments with family and friends, travel - much better. Para magkaron rest from what is regularly done
 
Health is wealth you cant afford to lose time. Getting sick. The key is water proper food rest and lastly for me ha extreme exercise. Aa inyo adjust nyo na lang foe basic exercise like walking stretching
