Help Laptop is freezing after enabling all CPU cores

Unting context muna, yung laptop ko is ginalaw ng kaklase ko tapos nagfefreeze na. Pinunta na sa service center, format palit thermal paste. After nun nagfefreeze pa rin.

Any solutions po dito

Pinalitan na po motherboard sabi po sa service center, kaso nagfefreeze pa rin po

idol nacheck mo na Health ng storage mo?
paki check yung health ng hdd gamit HardDisk Sentinel app
since sabi mo pinalitan na ng board pero same problem, then ang prob na is in the ff.
