Is there's any way to reduce the heat of phone?

Ma'am/Sir ask ko lang po. If there's any way po para mareduce po somehow ang heat ng phone pag naka open ang mobile data?

Earlier nagoonline class ako, hindi ko na talaga mahawakan dahil sa init hays. (I don't own any phone stand po)

I change mo lang screen resolution ng phone mo para hindi masyadong mag overwork yung chip.

2. set most apps to "restrict background activity". You may lose notifications upon doing so.
3. lower brightness
4. run power saving mode or battery saving mode
5. check room temperature. keep room cool using fan or air-conditioning.
