Closed Infinite boot(turn on turn off again and again problem)

Good day,
What is the problem of my mother board, when I turn on the power it starts with no display but after a while 1 - 3 seconds it turns off and it will automatically turn on again and off again repeating again and again without touching anything.... please help.

and removing the processor

yung motherboard mo ts check mo battery marunong ka pa mgreset ng board at tanggalin ang battery

try mo hugutin lahat ng wire sa motherboard at ibalik mo ng dahandahan.

Ganyan rin minsan pc ko pag i on mo mag start,mag off ulit..on/off sya split sec lang pagitan tipong ayaw mag tuloy..reseat ko lang memory..lipat sa ibang slot nag o ok nman..

may 1 pin pala na broken sa mobo ko.

anong pin ang broken sir? kasi kapag ganyan yung unit mo maaring may shorted at grounded parts na nagiinterupt sa pagboot ng system or ng mobopakiisolate ng mga parts like hdd, mouse, yung psu mobo at ram lang sir ang try mo....alisin mo din sa case at i reset ang bios sa pagtangal ng battery around 1 min

motherboard or psu or overheating cpu/gpu, try mo isa-isahin troubleshoot. First thing is to test your pc on a different PSU then if the PSU is good then it could be your mobo failing or short-circuited.

Clean your PC and dry then change CPU thermal paste baka overheating problem.

already Done sir but still the same I think there is a problem with capacitors

no broken pin but I tried to remove the 4 pin power still the same it works but the problem is still...

broken pin sa mobo obserbasyon ko konektado sa memory kc nagloloko yung 4 slots hirap paganahin..sa top right corner sya pero kpag gumana nman tuloy tuloy sya wag lang talaga likutin o maalog yung pc..

bent lang dati yun sa kakasungkit ko para itayo,naputol! ok pa nman nagagamit pa rin sya
