Yow mga lods. Nakabili ako ng gaming laptop na Gigabyte G5 GE. eto specs niya:

Okay naman ang performance niya most of the time: No lag or fps drops sa games. Kaso 6-8 times na ako naka encounter na nag bu-blue screen (yung may sinasabi na the device encountered an error) siya randomly pero after reboot, okay na ulit.

May solution ba sa random blue screens na yan?

If brand new yan paps, baka sa app sa installed mo, hindi compatible sa device mo. pero kung luma na, try mo fresh install gaya ng sabi ni paps Arcturus. pero blue screen mostly device compatibility.

Skype, teams, chrome for work at steam (dota, pubg, etc) lang naman ang mga na-install ko so far lods kaya nagulat ako na isang araw 2-3 time ako nagkaka blue screen

Ito rin advise ng tech sakin kahapon. Inaantay ko rin na maulit. Mabilis lang kasi siya mag reboot after blue screen kaya di ko rin makuhanan ng pic agad at working hours pa siya nangyayari kaya busy din ako

wala actually. first time nangyari working ako kaya skype, teams, chrome, at spotify lang yung gamit ko. Nag ka blue screen din ako while playing DOTA.

Reprogram is the key po paps, yan lang ang 100% guaranteed working na method

huwg mo munang galawin may warranty pa yan... ipacheck mo sa binilihan mo..possible yung os mo yan. palitan ng version ng os

I agree dahil ganito mismo kwinento ng tropa kong technician. Dapat ipa-warranty na agad ni ts.

Nag blue screen ulit. Tapos after mag reboot, biglang black sccreen lang tapos may text na unable to load (di ko na maalala yung kasunod lol) pero pinatay ko then nireboot ulit tapos um-okay na. Nagka blue screen pala ako while clashing sa DOTA hahaha.
