You just buy the game sa steam, tapos download mo yung game, yun na un. Pag gusto mo i uninstall pwde din. Nasa steam library mo na yan. Parang meron ka ng cloud storage ng mga laro. Yes permanent na yan,binili mo yan e. Pwde mo din install yan sa kahit anong PC basta i log mo lang amg steam account mo, pero syempre need ng internet para i install ung game. Pero pag naka install na pwde mo naman malaro yan ng offline. Sinagot ko na parang Bot ang tanong mo.
