Mga repa need help, stuck lang sa black screen tapos may cursor, windows 8.1 64 bit ang OS nung pc. No kaya possible problem tsaka solutions? TIA mga kaPHCorner pc experts

Natry mo na mang automated repair?

Just turn on your pc and off , repeatively hanggang lumabas ng "Preparing Automated Repair".

If may cursor means OS booted fine.. however, explorer might've crashed partway while loading the desktop
Try muna ctrl + alt + del.. if may lumabas na menu, then malaking chance na explorer is the problem
Manually restart explorer by clicking task manager sa menu then click File > Run new task > type explorer > ok
If explorer starts normally (and desktop shows up) run sfc /scannow para ma verify/repair ang integrity ng mga system files

na experience ko na yan ganyan at ginagawa ko ay window key + u tapos mag pop ung utility manager tapos ayon di ko na matandaan yung iba dahil sa tagal na experimenation lang ginawa ko trial and error. try mo lang at your own risk.

How to Manualy open Windows Explorer

• Press Control + Shift + ESC Button
  
• If lumabas na si Windows Task Manager , Proceed to next Step
• Goto File , sa may Upper Left Corner po
• Then may lalabas na Drop down list . Choose Run New Task
• Then lalabas si RUN Tab sa may Bottom Left po siya
• then type explorer.exe

then once na Lumabas na si Desktop , Itapon mo na PC mo , heheh JOKE LANG PO .

I mean Follow mo po ako =)

Tried repa, lumalabas nga yun kaso ang dulo bluescreen na split sec lang tapos loop ulit.

Try mo turn on ng computer mo, then press and hold SHIFT + F8. Boboot ka sa recovery mode ng windows. Then punta sa troubleshoot and click system restore.

Naghahang ba un cursor pag ginagalaw? try mo rin check baka sa processor mo hindi umiikot un fan or wala na thermal paste. ganyan kasi sakin dati eh yun pala un fan hindi umiikot kasi sumabit un wire ng psu.

Pero kung wala sa hardware possible sa system ng OS yan ts. Nasubukan mo ba i-safe mode kung ganun din?
