Nag cash in kasi mama ko papunta sa account ko. Bali BPI to Gcash cash in transaction. Na wrong input kasi ng number. Yung last digit instead na 4 ay naging 3. Nag ticket naman na ako sa help center ng Gcash. Question lang, may possibility pa bang mabalik yun? 1.4k din kasi eh

Wala bang system ang gcash kapag ganon? Nareport ko naman agad 1 minute after ko makita yung receipt ng BPI sa mama ko

Meron namang receipt yung BPI sa'min. Nakita ko sa email.

UPDATE: Upon reply from the help center, wala na raw sa account ng na wrong transfer.

If maaga sana sila nag reply, or sana may system sila na once na link sa wrong cash in/express send, freeze agad both account ng sender at receiver. Kung baga may chance to check ang system to verify the incident. OR much better, if the incident was true and verified, kung na transfer na, maganda madeduct sa account nung na wrong send yung cash in the future. Edi sana wala nang gantong problema.

Gcash disappointed me this time. Ang mas nagpalala, yung bagong feature nilang may Asterisk na yung name. Sa totoo lang, mas natulungan nila yung scammer instead na yung mga regular user.
