Most USB boot sticks are formatted as NTFS, which includes those created by the Microsoft Store Windows USB/DVD download tool. UEFI systems (such as Windows 8) can't boot from an NTFS device, only FAT32. You can now boot your UEFI system and install Windows from this FAT32 USB drive.
 
Hindi po, kailangan NTFS talaga ng file system ng usb mo. Kasi yung pinakamalaking file diyan sa installer ay required 5GB+, eh kaya lang ng FAT32 is 4GB only. So recommended na gamitin ng NTFS, kasi file limit niya is 16EB.
 
Tulad ng sinabi ni hanta, limitation ng fat32 is filesize na hanggang 4gb lang. Tried and tested na rufus sa paggawa ng bootable flashdrives. Pwede din universal usb creator ni microsoft kung windows installer gagawin mo
