Closed Help po sa software and drivers

Mga Sir/s:

Pahelp man po ako sa CD ROM ng Laptop ko kasi po meron siya kaso di ko maopen or ma - access wala rin po siya buttons para dun so para san pa nila ilalagay yan CD ROM?


- My Laptop is Lenovo 330.

Kung ala po siyang button means ala pong cd room, naka depende parin sa model,ma checheck mo rin sa devicemanager kung my kulang na drivers

First, try to check if the Optical Drive is powered.
Second, check if your BIOS is able to detect it.
Third, check if your O.S. is able to detect it and have the proper drivers.
Fourth, if the previous htree steps turns out OK then you may have a faulty CD tray mechanism.

There's usually a pinhole in front of the tray. try pushing something that can fit, sturdy and wont break easily prefferably not conductive in there. There is mechanism in there that if you push small enough it will force open manually the optical drive tray.

After that try putting a CD in it and close it back. Then check if it can still read discs and find out if its not just the drive tray which is not working.

Walang button, walang dvd/cd rom

May mga model ng Optical drive na walang traditional physical eject button. Mayroon din iba hindi halata dahil yon mismo front panel cover nya ang eject button.
