Closed Help on building a gaming rig

Hi! Hingi lang sana ko tulong mga ate at kuya, Kasi gusto ko sana bumuo ng gaming rig, LoL, dota2 saka flyff lang naman nilalaro ko, pero ang gusto ko kasi sana yung kayang mag open ng maraming tabs sa flyff (15-20 tabs, InsanityFlyFf) or kaya naman e yung kayang mag run nung mga latest games in high-ultra high, doesnt matter, flyff lang talaga habol ko, budget is , lets say 20-25k? Wala akong alam sa pagbuo ng PC o kung ano man ung bottleneck na nababasa ko sa kahit saan, sana po may makatulong. Salamat po!

Note that bat nag iiba yung price kaya pwedeng tumaas o bumaba yan.
Kung may budget pa upgrade mo ram - G Skill TridentZ 8gb(2x4gb) = 5,550k
