Guys baka po may nakakaalam, balak ko sana kase mag open port kaso ayaw po. Naka access na po ako sa ADMIN where in pwede ako mag port mapping.

Naka-static public IP ka po ba? If not, then you cannot port forward.
By default, all ISPs are giving CGNAT IP addresses to all its subscribers so wala kang communication to the "outside world".
Kelangan mo ng public IP para makapagport forward ka.
In the case of Globe, depende sa plan pero for higher plans lang applicable ang static IP. At may bayad yan na add-on fee na P700/month (yata) kasi "nirerentahan" lang talaga ang isang dedicated IPv4 address.
