Closed Help.. Acer laptop stuck at logo

Pahelp naman po sa mga technician dyan. Any suggestion or solution, stuck kasi sa logo ng Acer yung laptop ko.. After 15 mins ng on/off.. Stuck pa rin sya sa logo pero may nakasulat na sa ilalim na "Preparing Automatic Repair" kaso halos 2 hours na stuck pa rin sya dun.

Format mo na lang yan ts using the os na back up nya.

Stock s logo so ibig sabihin d k makapasok sa bios? Ireset mo s dafault ang seting ng bios kung mapapadok mo if ayaw p rin ireset mo ung cmos battery hold power button for 10 sec

nitro 5? may ssd kba? try mo muna reset bios pag di kaya baka sa ssd or hdd problem.

Use a Windows Bootable Installer on your current OS.

And boot it into the bios menu, normally the hotkey by entering in the BIOS is F2 or F10. And set it to first priority in your BOOT Device.
