Help Globe VOLTE not working

If you are using an iPhone and VoLTE (Voice over LTE) is enabled on your device but not showing on the status bar, there could be a few reasons for this. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

1. Confirm VoLTE is supported: Ensure that your iPhone model and carrier support VoLTE. Not all iPhones or carriers support VoLTE, so you need to check if your device is compatible.

2. Check carrier settings: Make sure you have the latest carrier settings installed on your iPhone. To do this, go to Settings > General > About. If an update is available, you will be prompted to install it.

3. Reset network settings: Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap on "Reset Network Settings." This will reset all your network settings, including Wi-Fi passwords, so make sure you have them handy to reconnect later.

4. Enable airplane mode: Turn on Airplane Mode for a few seconds and then turn it off. This can sometimes help refresh your network connection and bring back VoLTE.

5. Update iOS: Make sure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and check if any updates are available. If yes, download and install them.

6. Contact your carrier: If the above steps don't resolve the issue, reach out to your carrier's customer support. They can verify if VoLTE is enabled on your account, troubleshoot any network issues, or provide further assistance.

It's also worth noting that VoLTE availability can vary based on your location and carrier. So, even if your iPhone supports VoLTE, it may not be available in your area or through your carrier.
