Hi. Sino po dito naka experience na naka received ng email from globe, DEMAND to pay the unpaid bills within 5 days upon receipt hereof. otherwise it will take into a legal action. I just received the email. This is how it goes. Last year globe called me to upgrade our internet into fiber however, when the technician arrived in our house is wala po ako at ang mom ko lang ang andon, so my mom called me pero ang technician yung katawag ko and I asked the technician if its okay na wala ako and mom ko lang mag pirma since under sa name ko yung internet connection namin pero sabi ng technician okay lang daw. So pumayag naman ko na upgrade since okay naman daw. And I also asked the technician na yung modem namin na luma pero sabi niya hayaan nalang daw. What should I do with the letter of Demand? I need your advise po. HELP
