This has been happening since April 28, i had problems with my modem and i tried to file a technician repair request on the GlobeOne app, but everytime i tried to request for one, this always appear every single time. The messenger support line isn't helping at all, only telling me to do what i've been doing in the app since 2 days ago. Any fix for this?
