Hello! It sounds like you are experiencing some issues with your computer after installing the GeForce GT 710 graphics card. The sudden auto restarts could be caused by a variety of factors. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. Power Supply: The GeForce GT 710 has its power requirements. Ensure that your power supply unit can provide enough power to the new graphics card. Insufficient power can cause instability and shutdowns.

2. Driver Issues: Even though you mentioned updating the graphics card drivers, it's worth checking if there are any conflicts between the drivers of your integrated Radeon graphics and the GeForce GT 710. Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for both the AMD A8-5550M APU and the GeForce GT 710.

3. Overheating: Check if the graphics card is overheating. Make sure that the cooling fans are working properly and that the card is not clogged with dust. You can use monitoring software like MSI Afterburner to check the temperatures.

4. BIOS Settings: Sometimes, the BIOS settings may need to be adjusted to accommodate the new graphics card. Check your BIOS settings to ensure that the primary display adapter is set to PCIe (or the slot where the GT 710 is installed).

5. Compatibility: Ensure that the GeForce GT 710 is compatible with your system and motherboard. Check for any known compatibility issues between your hardware components.

6. Faulty Hardware: If none of the above steps work, there may be a hardware issue with either the graphics card or another component in your system. Try testing the GeForce GT 710 in another system to see if the issue persists.

If you have tried all these steps and the problem still persists, it may be helpful to consult with a computer technician for further diagnosis and assistance. I hope this helps in resolving the auto restart issue you are facing. Let me know if you have any more questions or concerns!

Assuming nagawa mo na to:
  • BIOS reset

Please let me know how it goes.
