Baka may problema kayo sa gcash message nyo ko, customer service po ako ng gcash

Ah okay po sensya na din, pero di naman kasi need yang otp eh. Pero may mga problem na need ng otp example may ipapa bypass kayo sa account nyo which is bawal talga gawin.

Nag-cash in kasi ako last month sa Shopeepay ko using GCash Mastercard. Bale na debit na yung 3k ko sa GCash pero nag mark as failed yung sa Shopeepay pay ko. Ni-report ko 'to kay shopee pero ang sabi nila ay wala daw pumasok na funds sa kanila and I should contact the bank daw. Nung kinontak ko yung gcash, sabi i charge back nalang. Then nag email ulit sila na i cocoordinanate na daw sa Mastercard team. Gaano kaya katagal to ? First week of August pa yung message ng gcash na i cocoordinanate pa daw sa Mastercard team eh.
