Follow the instructions
1.) Lay down straight with both hands on the side.
2.) Close your eyes.
(Remember this step 3)
3.) After closing your eyes, imagine that you are in front your house near your door. You opened the door and then you see a shadow figure standing inside. Imagine the shadow figure for 5- 10 minutes. Then wait for another 10 - 15 minutes.
4.) After 10-15 minutes either you are already sleep and you are unaware that you are dreaming or you are half a sleep and half awake. If you are half a sleep don't open your eyes for the shadow figure you saw in your imagination will appear in front of your face. So just close your eyes and you will feel that your body lightens and you will experience some part of the lucid dream.
