Try the following:
1. Update your drivers (performance issues could be caused by outdated or incompatible drivers) and/or firmware of your SSD.
2. Check your RAM (remove & reseat if necessary). Perform a MemTest.
3. Do a full scan of your system. Check for possible malware/virus that may be the cause of the issue.
4. Open Resource Monitor and check for suspicious processes that cause 100% CPU usage.
5. Disable Windows Automatic Updates (if enabled).
6. Disable Windows Automatic Backup (if enabled). If you are using any third-party backup software, change its settings accordingly.
7. Change Power plan to "High performance".
8. Use an anti-virus software that consumes less memory. You can also disable it temporarily when you are playing offline.
If the above suggestions don't help, then you should probably consider changing your SSD. Choose a more known and trusted name brand like Samsung, Kingston, ADATA, etc. You could also try some custom OS which is lighter and tweaked for performance or gaming (e.g. GHOST SPECTRE, TinyOS, Lite versions of Windows, etc.).
Hope this helps.
