mga master, nung ni-reset ko yung hp pc ko through windows security di na ako maka log in. naka-lagay sa screen ay "the user profile service failed the sign in. user profile cannot be loaded."

pano po kaya ito?

Corrupted na ang profile. Reformat mo na lang yan total kakareset mo lang naman.
