Safe if dun ka lang sa educational/board/blogging sites. Dami nice info dun mga conspiracies and creepypasta. Wag pumasok/participate sa isang site kung alam mo il-legal. If makapasok ka accidentally at alam mo il-legal, back mo lang at wag na bumalik sa site na yun.
Dark web yang nakakatakot hindi deep web pero nasa deep web parin haha

As far as I know, iba kase ang protocol na ginagamit ng Tor network, kaya hindi ma index ng search engines ang laman o mahanap ang totoong server location. Need ng special gateway para makapasok. Yan ang orbot
PS. kung wala kang pang browse na data, hindi ka makaka connect of course. Gumagamit ng wifi in case

Depends on browsing habits din. Make sure to turn off lahat ng tracking services (e.g gps, mobile data) be careful sa mga clicks mo basahin muna at mag isip bago click. Meron nga iba tinatakpan mga webcam at mic, pero mga taong yun kadalasan may masamang motibo. At kung ayaw mo talaga ma track wag gumamit ng Android/iOS/Windows haha dun ka sa Linux distro

I mean kali linux nyahahahhahahah. much better si tails os kaysa kay kali linux. tails os don't support log/track . kaya recommended na gumamit ka ng tails os.
