TEXT :MATEO 14:22-32
Lumakad si Jesus sa Ibabaw ng Tubig
22 Agad pinasakay ni Jesus sa bangka ang mga alagad at pinauna sa kabilang ibayo. Samantala, pinauwi naman niya ang mga tao. 23 Matapos niyang paalisin ang mga ito, mag-isa siyang umakyat sa bundok upang manalangin. Nag-iisa siyang inabutan doon ng gabi. 24 Samantala, ang bangka ay nasa laot na ngunit sinasalpok ito ng mga alon dahil pasalungat ito sa hangin. 25 Nang madaling-araw na'y sumunod sa kanila si Jesus na naglalakad sa ibabaw ng tubig. 26 Kinilabutan sa takot ang mga alagad nang makita nilang may lumalakad sa ibabaw ng tubig. “Multo!” sigaw nila. 27 Ngunit nagsalita agad si Jesus at sinabi sa kanila, “Huwag kayong matakot, ako ito!”
I. SA ATING PAGLAKAD SA ATING PANANAMPALATAYA KAILANGAN NATIN ANG PAGSAMA NG DIYOS AT GABAY NG ESPIRITU SANTO.
1). MAGKAROON NG PAHINGA AT PRIVACY PARA SA PANANALANGIN. (Vv.22) Agad pinasakay ni Hesus sa bangka ang mga alagad at pinauna sa kabilang ibayo. Samantala pinauwi naman Niya ang mga tao
. Kailangan ng Panginoong Hesus ang "PRIBADONG ORAS" para sa pananalangin. (Vv. 23) "Matapos Niyang paalisin ang mga ito, magisa Siyang umakyat sa bundok upang manalangin.. Nagiisa Siyang inabot doon ng gabi."
2). MAY PAGDADAANAN TAYONG MGA HADLANG. ( Vv. 24) "Samantala ang bangka ay nasa laot na, ngunit sinasalpok ito ng mga alon dahil pasalungat ito sa hangin."
3).HINDI TAYO HAHAYAAN NG PANGINOONG HESUS NA MAGLAKBAY NA MAGISA. (Vv. 25) "Nang madaling-araw na'y sumunod sa kanila si Jesus na naglalakad sa ibabaw ng tubig" .
4). HINDI NIYA HAHAYAANG TAYO AY MATAKOT (Vv.26, 27) Kinilabutan sa takot ang mga alagad nang makita nilang may lumalakad sa ibabaw ng tubig. “Multo!” sigaw nila. 27 Ngunit nagsalita agad si Jesus at sinabi sa kanila, “Huwag kayong matakot, ako ito!”.. Mga kapatid sa ating paglalakbay sa ating buhay pananampalataya huwag nating kalilimutang isangguni ang lahat ng bagay sa Panginoong Hesus, lagi tayong humingi ng gabay ng Espiritu Santo magkaroon po tayo ng takdang panahon ng pakikipagniig sa Diyos, dahil may mga hadlang sa ating paglalakbay, hindi po tayo hahayan ng Panginoon na maglakbay na nagiisa sasamahan Niya po tayo at lalong hindi Niya po tayo bibigyan ng espiritu ng katakutan, kundi ng espiritu ng katapangan.. PAGPALAIN PO TAYONG LAHAT NG DIYOS AMEN!

Jesus walked on the Water
22 Jesus immediately tell the disciples to ride on the boat and led them to the other side. Meanwhile, he sent the people home. 23 After he sent them away, he went up the mountain alone to pray. He was there alone at night. 24 Meanwhile, the boat was already at sea but the waves were tossing it because it was going against the wind. 25 At dawn Jesus followed them walking on the water. 26 The disciples were terrified when they saw someone walking on the water. “Ghost!” they shouted. 27 But Jesus immediately spoke and said to them, "Do not be afraid, it is I!"
I. IN OUR WALK ON OUR FAITH WE NEED THE COOPERATION OF GOD AND THE GUIDANCE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
1). HAVE REST AND PRIVACY FOR PRAYER. (Vv.22) Jesus immediately tell the disciples to ride on the boat and led them to the other side. Meanwhile He sent the people home
. The Lord Jesus needs "PRIVATE TIME" for prayer. (Vv. 23) "After He sent them away, He went up the mountain alone to pray.. He reached there alone at night."
2). WE WILL GO THROUGH OBSTACLES. (Vv. 24) "Meanwhile the boat was already at sea, but the waves were tossing it because it was against the wind."
3).THE LORD JESUS WILL NOT ALLOW US TO TRAVEL ALONE. (Vv. 25) "At dawn Jesus followed them walking on the water" .
4). HE WILL NOT LET US BE AFRAID (Vv.26, 27) The disciples were terrified when they saw someone walking on the water. “Ghost!” they shouted. 27 But Jesus spoke immediately and said to them, "Do not be afraid, it is I!".. Brothers and sisters in our journey in our life of faith, let us not forget to refer everything to the Lord Jesus, let us always ask for the guidance of the Holy Spirit, let us have a certain period of communion with God, because there are obstacles in our journey, the Lord will not let us travel alone, He will accompany us and especially He will not give us the spirit of fear, but the spirit of courage..
