Closed Crashing issue and app won't run on this version

After the update for Microsoft Windows (KB4507435) and (KB4509094) bigla nalang nagloko pc ko.

Ito ang mga issue after yung update.

• Ayaw na gumana CCleaner, lagi nagpopopup sa notification na app won't run blah blah blah
• Nagcacrash kapag inaaccess yung About. Settings>System>About. Pero ok naman kapag naka safe mode.

Nag uninstall updates ako kaso nageerror

Edit: Nagsystem restore ako ngayon may nakasave pala na restore point kapag nagupdate.

Tanong lang, matagal ba talaga marestore yung pc? nasa restore is initializing parin kasi.

yung nirestore ko kuys ay yung critical update nung mismong araw na nagloko cp, wala error nung narestore yun lang hindi didiretso sa desktop, windows loading lang tas bluescreen then 2 times ganun tapos automatic repair then error, shutdown or advance config.

Nirestore ko yung aug4 nakalagay Undo sa pangalawang try, nagerror sya di daw marestore. Dahil di maccess desktop sa troubleshoot na mismo ako nagrestore.

Working pa PC kanina nagkacrash lang about sa settings tapos ayaw maopen ccleaner. Nagkaganito kasi nung nagupdate ako nung aug 4.

Ngayon triny ko mag system restore, pinili ko Aug 4 - Critical Update sa restore point. Ayun successful naman kaso ayaw na maaccess desktop, Baleh windows loading screen lang sya tapos blue screen we ran into problem ng dalawang beses, after that self repair pero nageerror.

Nag restore point ulit ako ngayon may bago nadagdag na Aug 4 - Undo. Nag error na sya hindi daw marestore.

Ngayon last try ko na yung July 31 kapag ayaw pa last resort format na talaga.
