Dell Optiplex 3080 galing sa wfh ni ate, di na daw kinukuha sa kanya binigay sakin and problem di ko siya ma factory reset anh ginawa ko kumuha Ako bootable drive windows 7 di naman madect ang SSD tapos tatry ko sana yung diskpart sa cmd hindi gumagana ibang letters sa keyboard...ano pang options ko para ma factory reset to?

Mahirap ang custom built pc, walang documentation, mangangapa talaga sa troubleshooting. OEM pa iyang pc mo, malamang embeded na sa firmware niya yung digital license ni Windows, kapag nag-reinstall ka iyon pa rin ang license niya, Kunin mo lang yung product key niya para sa activation. Huwag mong palitan ng modded, problematic iyan.
