Nice, almost all softdrinks companies might have the same ingredients as Coca Cola, so generally unhealthty talaga ang softdrinks lalo na kapag hindi ka nag exercise.

Nakakaadik talaga ang coke. dati sakin nakaka 4 na coke ako (8 oz.) sa isang araw tapos napansin ko hinahanap ko siya everytime to the point na isang baso ng tubig lang iniinom ko. hindi ko namamalayan na nasisira ko na pala ang kalusugan ko kaya nagstop ako uminom ng coke.
