Are you encountering a "Page could not be loaded error" issue with PHCorner.net and ConvergeICT?

Based on the screenshot provided by PHC_Jihyo, it seems that Converge is implementing a prevention measure for Republic Act No. 9775.
As a solution, the AZ section will be removed from this forum to avoid affecting the entire PHCorner forum.

To all Converge ISP users experiencing issues with PHCorner since April...
Please try using and logging in with the "phcorner.ORG" domain instead of .net.

Help - Sa mga Converge ISP users dyan, pwede pahingi ng screenshot ng error kapag binisita nyo ang PHC without VPN?

Ako rin ay nalilito dahil sa dami ng refresh sa browsers. Naghanap na lang ako ng similar case dito dahil napiga na utak ko sa dami ng browsers na sinubukan ko he he. Yung DNS ko naman sa Converge router is Cloudflare na ginamitan ko pa ng DNSCrypt sa PC like before. Sinunod ko naman yung PHC warnings on every reload. Weird! Ito lang pala yung sagot.

Log in or register now. ulit + old Wireguard GUI using my default wgcf profile after registration. Works fine. Madaling sundan kahit newbie. Maraming salamat 'preng Draft he he. (Ang gamitin ninyo yung "2_any_country_dnsredir.cmd". Pwede rin baguhin ninyo yung dns address to cloudflare dyan dahil yandex dns yung gamit.)
Works fine on my end na hindi na kailangan mag-vpn.

Alin dyan? Yung GoodbyeDPI ay pang-bypass lang ng ISP dpi kaya with or without vpn ok yan - better option. Para sa restriction lang naman ng Converge ito para sa PHC. Yung wireguard tunnel is already a vpn with similar purpose to fix PHC browsing problems using converge.

abanggit nga yan sa previous post, but no problem reviving. VPN and proxy is the answer in most cases. Marami rin di nagbabasa ng buong conversations sa thread he he. Tama ka, meron nga silang target kaya nadamay PHC:

Trabaho naman nila yon since it's a requirement for them. Buti't may training na tayo to circumvent, or else..
If there's a will, there's a way he he!
Pwede naman malaman using Wireshark or any network analyzer if site is blocked partially or totally, but not a requirement since ayaw lang natin makatanggap ng RST (reset) flag sa browser. (Sa'kin, di naman totally blocked, ang tagal magbukas, ang hirap mag-login na nakukuha lang sa x-times na refresh which is odd kaya naghanap ako ng similar case dito. Panahon na sigurong mag-customize ng browser and net setup without prejudicing speed.

salamat papi di ko na need vpn sa pc😇
buti nga meron ako trial ng avira prime para sa phone ko (panggamit ng VPN)

ung akala ko nakaraan di kami nag bayad ng wifi sa converge pero finilter pala nila dahil meron pala nangyari sa forum

Converge (ISP) ang problema (may restrictions na apektado ang PHC) kaya gagamit muna tayo ng pang-circumvent ng kung anong censorship or the like from them unless mapakiusapan sila as per Draft.

Doon sa gusto ng may GUI with goodbyedpi with customized DNS settings with other bypassing tools, this is OK to use. You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now. (yang pic sa baba yung gamit ko sa PHC to test)

Balik kayo sa goodbyeDPI site to check the difference of the mode sets. Ginamit ko "mode 5" since yan yung default setting ng goobyeDPI.

Bukod sa posts #1 (with free CF Warp vpn at the least), #62 at #69 na binanggit ko, any wireguard server account provider (i.e. fastssh, sshmax, sshstores, sshocean...) will do - just use Singapore server kung walang PH. Wireguard GUI na lang yung kailangan.

Update ko lang ok na yun case about sa report ko sa ndi maka access sa ating site freely kahit wala ng vpn napupuntahan ko na ang ating website

Update ulit as of 3:13 PM

Ayaw na ulit gumana kailangan na ulit ng VPN
