Based on the screenshot provided by PHC_Jihyo, it seems that Converge is implementing a prevention measure for Republic Act No. 9775.
As a solution, the AZ section will be removed from this forum to avoid affecting the entire PHCorner forum.

Please try using and logging in with the "phcorner.ORG" domain instead of .net.

Actually, any vpn or proxy will do just to access PHC smoothly. VPNGate works too but at the expense of speed, unless you have other reasons.

Since support thread ito sa Converge users. Doon sa hindi makagamit ng WARP sa Windows dahil +Win7 yung supported ng GUI nila, just use Wireguard to avail of Warp free service - OK?

I-simulate ko at i-test yan pre sa simple bare browser din. Tadtad kasi ng plugins ang browsers ko kaya noong una, nakukuha ko lang sa kaka-refresh noong di ko alam yang Converge issue. Mas madali pa nga kung laging pasok yung cøøkíés ng PHC sa browser he he. Test ko ngayon and will report the feedback.

Normally, kapag nag-clear dns ka tapos fresh yung browser, ito yung itsura.

Pag gumamit ako ng pang-bypass, nag-connect ako dito at nag-browse ng kaunti to save some cøøkíés which I allowed in my browser for this site, tapos pinatay ko yung pang-bypass, ganito itsura.

Yep. Nag maintenance ata sila nung isang araw 'di ko sure pero nawalan kami internet that time e. Akala ko naman maaayos na nila.

Sad. Tumawag na ako nung May 23, di man daw nakablock sakanila and try to contact daw yun developer dito baka sa Phcorner daw ang may problem 😭 ttawag ulit ako bukas

Hindi po ang PHC ang nag block :(
Kung ganun sana, hindi lang Converge ISP ang apektado.

Please send mo sa kanila mga ito:
  • Windows or Android dns lookup / nslookup
  • Windows or Android traceroute / TRACERT
  • Windows or Android MTR

Or use WinMTR

Mas madaling makita ang last network na nag-block ng domain.

Usually yun ganyang sagot mula sa ISP mapa CS or TS man nila yan ay either wala silang alam tungkol sa issue or inililihis nila yun issue ng blocking nila at sabihing sa site ang may problema. Kung latter ang kaso malamang naabisuhan yan ng mga lead nila na ganiyan ang sabihin sa mga tatawag ukol sa issue ng site blocking kagaya ng ginagawa nila sa PHC.

Tama po, pero mahirap paliwanagan yun personnel na walang alam or sadyang inililihis yun issue, kahit anong tools pa po ang ibigay natin sa kanila upang ipakita na sa kanila ang issue dahil sa site blocking nila. 😤

Klasmeyt, network diagnostic tool lang ang winmtr with traceroute and ping - nothing to do with access to PHC.
Ang initial assessment ko, parang naka-categorize ang PHC na may parental control mula Converge - some form of web filter. Kaya nga yang 1.1.1.1 is one way to go-around with the sort of blocking. Hanggang dyan na lang tayo at mag-intay na lang kung ano action ng Converge.
