Help ANDROID PHONE AS PC

Guys wanna ask if this is possible.. I owned a modded switch and I want to update it for a new CFW (Custom FirmWare) but my problem is it requires a PC/Laptop to be able to do it.
so to make it short, can I modded my phone to make it a PC (with a real window OS) or is there an app to extract files of my modded switch WITH NO ERRORS! (this is what I fear the most) in any chances?? Because if one error all the files of my modded switch will be deleted or I can never be used

I only want sure answer if this is possible?? I got a OTG ready phone and have OTG adapter as well

nah, masyadong hassle yang babalakin mo lods. mas okay pa rin kung sa pc/laptop mo pa rin gagawin yung mga balak mo. at isa pa, mahirap maghanap ng Windows OS FORK na gagana sa kung ano man yung specific phone na gamit mo.

Yes pero no choice kasi, I'm leaving far from PC rent shops tapos yun nga I don't have laptops now dahil nasira.. if I use card reader then use Zarchiver as my copy/paste, extractor for my switch sdcard hindi ba sya maku-corrupt??

kung legit yung sd card mo, hindu basta basta ma corrupt yan. Tsaka dapat secure din yung connection, yung hindi sya magagalaw habang nage-extract yung file dun sa USB.

I mean iba kasi ang format ng switch sdcard, they are exfat not fat32

ah, mababasa naman po ni Android si exfat, ang kaso lang po hindi po sya stable. Kaya proceed na lang po kayo with caution.

Personally, hindi ko pa nasubukan yan kasi wala naman akong switch.
