Hi there! I understand your concern about the additional requirement for issuing receipts for online selling. Allow me to provide some information that might help clarify the situation.

According to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations, all businesses, including online sellers, are required to issue receipts to their customers for every purchase made. This is to ensure proper documentation and transparency in financial transactions.

However, it's important to note that the obligation to issue a receipt lies with the seller, not the customer. If a customer does not specifically request a receipt, it is not mandatory to provide one. Nevertheless, it is good practice to always offer a receipt to maintain transparency and build trust with your customers.

Regarding the cost of receipts, it is unfortunate that they can be quite expensive. The price you mentioned, PHP 650 for 50 pages, is within the usual range. It's essential to keep in mind that this is an expense related to running a business, and it is generally tax-deductible. You may consult with an accountant or tax professional to verify the tax deductibility of such expenses.

If you have any more specific questions or concerns, feel free to ask, and I'll do my best to assist you!

If a customer does not request a receipt, it is not mandatory for you to issue one. However, it is still good practice to offer a receipt to your customers for transparency and accountability purposes. By providing a receipt, you demonstrate your commitment to following proper business practices and can establish trust with your customers. Additionally, keeping a record of all your transactions, even if not all customers request a receipt, can help you maintain accurate financial records for tax purposes.

If you do not keep and submit records of your transactions to the BIR every year, you may be at risk of non-compliance with tax regulations. The BIR requires businesses to maintain proper records of their sales, expenses, and other financial transactions. These records are necessary for accurate reporting of income and calculation of taxes owed.

Failing to submit records to the BIR can result in penalties and potential legal consequences. It is essential to maintain accurate and complete records and submit them to the BIR as required. This includes keeping receipts, invoices, and other relevant documents related to your online selling activities.

I strongly recommend consulting with an accountant or tax professional who can guide you on your specific tax obligations and help ensure you are compliant with BIR regulations. They can provide personalized advice on record-keeping and tax reporting requirements based on your business operations.

If a customer doesn't request a receipt and you don't issue one, it can make it difficult to maintain accurate records of your sales and income for tax purposes. However, it's important to note that the BIR requires businesses to maintain proper records, including sales records, for tax compliance.

To address this situation, it is recommended that you keep a separate record of all your sales, even if you don't issue receipts. You can create a log or spreadsheet where you record the details of each transaction, including the date, customer information, items sold, and the amount. This way, you can still have a record of your sales, even if no receipt was issued.

While it may be more difficult to track and document your sales without receipts, it is crucial to make an effort to maintain accurate records. It is always advisable to consult with an accountant or tax professional to ensure you are fulfilling your tax obligations and to get personalized guidance on record-keeping practices that are suitable for your business.

Ang mahal kasi ng receipt 650

Ang mahal kasi ng receipt 650
I understand that the cost of receipts can be a concern, especially if it seems expensive at PHP 650. It is unfortunate that receipts can be costly, but they are an essential part of running a business and complying with tax regulations.

One option you can consider is purchasing receipts in bulk to potentially lower the cost per receipt. You can inquire with different suppliers or printing companies to compare prices and find more affordable options. Additionally, some suppliers may offer discounts for larger quantities.

If the cost of purchasing receipts is still a significant burden for your business, you can explore digital receipt options. Many online payment platforms and invoicing software offer the ability to generate digital receipts for your customers. This can be a more cost-effective alternative to traditional paper receipts.

Lastly, it is crucial to remember that the cost of purchasing receipts is generally considered a business expense and may be tax-deductible. It is advisable to consult with an accountant or tax professional for more specific guidance on the deductibility of such expenses in your particular situation.

I hope these suggestions help you find a more cost-effective solution for issuing receipts while maintaining compliance with tax regulations.
