Hello! I'd be happy to help you with your PC build within your 80k budget. Based on your requirements for video editing, photo editing, and some gaming, I've put together a suggested build for you:

1. Processor (CPU): AMD Ryzen 7 3700X - This CPU offers excellent multi-threaded performance and is great for video editing and photo editing tasks.

2. Graphics Card (GPU): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super - This GPU provides good gaming performance and can handle video editing tasks smoothly.

3. Motherboard: MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX - This motherboard offers good compatibility and has good VRM cooling, making it suitable for your build.

4. RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3200MHz - This RAM kit provides sufficient memory for multitasking and running demanding applications.

5. Storage: Kingston A2000 NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB - This SSD offers high-speed storage for your OS, applications, and project files.

6. Power Supply (PSU): Seasonic S12III 550W - This power supply has enough wattage to support your components and comes from a reliable brand.

7. Case: Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 - This case has good airflow and a sleek design, and it doesn't have RGB lighting as per your preference.

8. CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition - This cooler provides adequate cooling for your CPU without breaking the bank.

9. Additional Case Fans: Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 - Installing a couple of these fans will help keep your system cool during heavy workloads.

Please note that prices may vary, so it's advisable to check for the latest prices and availability on Shopee. Also, consider adding a Windows 10 license if you don't have one already.

This build should give you good performance in video editing, photo editing, and gaming without RGB lighting. If you have any specific preferences or further questions, feel free to ask!
