Meron ako nakita sa Globe reward app na Ayala Malls Cinema na 1point lang need tapos tinry ko sya i redeem, na redeem naman pero nung napansin ko May 12, 2018 nakalagay. Kaya napapaisip ako ano yung 3-4pm this May 19, 2018 at paano sya i reredeem. Kung 3-4pm lang sya sa mall na ba mismo mag reredeem o 3-4pm mag aappear sa app yung 1 point cinema na May 19, 2018?
Atsaka bakit kaya kung May 12 pa yon bakit nasa redemption padin ng app?

Hello, Jes. Maaari mo ma-avail ang offer only once. One ticket per person only. You just have to visit any participating store to avail of the promo. Inform the front liner/cashiers of these selected stores that you want to avail of the GLOBE promo. Simply do the following:
1. Scan the QR code
2. Redeem
3. Show the confirmation message

You can avail tickets and watch every Saturday only until 06/30/2018. Magsisimula ang pagkuha ng tickets at 3-4PM only. Maaari ka parin makakuha ng ticket if provided naman na ikaw ay nasa pila na by 4PM. People in line after 4PM are automatically excluded from the promo. Kung ikaw ay naka-pila na sa ticketing booth with the promo time, pero na-sold out ang remaining screenings for the day, Ayala Malls Cinemas will issue a voucher you can claim until the next day (Sunday). Ang akala ko para maka-avail ka, dapat may mariciv kang message, kasi dun nakalagay kung kelan ka lang pwede mag claim at kung anong oras. I got a message to claim it yesterday, may 19 3-4 pm. But since hndi magamit ang rewards app, wala ring qr code. In short, useless. Andami ring nag complain sa playstore about sa app na hindi nga gumagana. Swerte na lang nung mga nakapagclaim kahapon. Meron ba dito?
