Hello! It seems like you're having an issue with your ZLT S10G modem when using a Globe SIM card, as it shows "limited services" and loses signal. However, it works fine with a TNT SIM card. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this issue:

1. Check APN Settings: Make sure that the APN settings for your Globe SIM card are correctly configured in the modem settings. You may need to input the correct APN settings provided by Globe for proper connectivity.

2. Network Mode: Check the network mode settings on your ZLT S10G modem. Make sure it is set to automatically select the network or manually set it to the appropriate network mode that supports Globe's network frequency bands.

3. SIM Card Slot: Ensure that the Globe SIM card is inserted properly into the SIM card slot of the modem. Try removing and reinserting the SIM card to ensure a secure connection.

4. Reboot the Modem: Sometimes a simple reboot can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off the modem, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on to see if the issue persists.

5. Firmware Update: Check if there is a firmware update available for your ZLT S10G modem. Updating the firmware can sometimes address compatibility issues with different SIM cards.

6. Contact Customer Support: If the issue persists after trying these steps, you may need to contact Globe's customer support or the manufacturer of the ZLT S10G modem for further assistance.

These steps should help you troubleshoot the issue with your ZLT S10G modem and Globe SIM card. Let me know if you need more assistance!
