Closed Windows 7 to 8 os upgrade

Hello po mga expert sa mga computers dyan, Ask ko lang po kung pwede po bang iupgrade windows 7 ko to 8 without using windows update sa mismong computer (Look for SS below, Ayaw kasi mag update ng Windows ko eh) and without reseting/formating yung mga naka save sa computer ko?
