Close the app by heading to your notification tray like the one below
meaning po nyan is exit then open mo ulit yung app and voila!

Paano mapagana yung configs?
Click servers>Add[VMess] Servers>Import configuration file> locate the file you've downloaded and open
if di ka makabrowse proceed sa guide below
head to tray notification area like this one
right click on it and select set system proxy
and that's it! Happy browsing but hinay hinay lang para di ka mapadalhan ng love letter or much worse blocked without notice.
