I think 8-10 glass of water or 1 liter everyday ay enough na. Yep masama din ang sobrang water intake dahil male-lessen naman ang sodium (salt) sa katawan and pwede ka mag collapse dahil dito.

seekingfree, I heard na debunk na yang "8 glasses a day" rule. It really depends daw kung anong ginagawa mo sa isang araw. Kung kumakain ka nang junk food and processed food worth 500-1000 calories, then 8 glasses a day is not enough. Masama din yata kung sobra ang sodium intake mo.
