working po saken, tinest kopo from my own cp's speed test pero di sia ganon kabilis,mga nasa 256kb/s lng sia ,pero sa ookla na speed test is 3.33mb/s sia , and i have a question po, ndipo ba kaya ito nakaka block sa sim?

I'm not an expert po regarding to this topic but maybe it might help you po, this is from Google, "TCP is a connection-oriented protocol, whereas UDP is a connectionless protocol. A key difference between TCP and UDP is speed, as TCP is comparatively slower than UDP. Overall, UDP is a much faster, simpler, and efficient protocol, however, retransmission of lost data packets is only possible with TCP".
