    Variable costs per unit = (Highest activity cost – Lowest activity cost) / (Highest activity units –
    Lowest activity units)
    Variable Costs per unit = (6362259 – 5699143) / (426000 – 310000)
    = 663116 / 116000
    = 5.71652 per unit
    Fixed cost = Operating cost – Variable cost * No. of units
    = 6362259 – (5.71652 * 426000)
    = $ 3,927,022.
    Estimate of Operating cost for 450,000 cases,
    Estimate of Operating cost = Fixed cost + No. of units*Variable cost per unit
